The Tracy Airport Association is a non-profit corporation organized to promote, preserve and protect the Tracy Mimicipal Airport and the New Jerusalem Airport and provide an interface for anyone interested in aviation topics in general.

Monthly meetings and social activities generate a variety of programs that focus on education and a sharing of knowledge to make aviation safer and more fun. Monthly meetings also provide forums for the exchange of ideas between the local and county government and the local populace using guest speakers and presentations on important aviation issues to educate and promote enlightened discussion concerning airport issues and general aviation topics.

The Tracy Airport Association also promotes the financial benefits of general aviation airports as regional economic engines. Airports serve as an alternate means of travel and serve as disaster recovery centers to combat annual wildfires across the state, provide support during major earthquakes and are used as transfer points for life flights.
